The ENSURE project is an Erasmus-LS initiative funded by the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) and coordinated by the University of Patras, under grant agreement number 101187688.
The project includes 20 partners from 9 European countries, along with 11 associated entities from different countries:

OBJECTIVES
ENSURE
ENSURE aims to achieve the following objectives:
Establish innovative training frameworks: Successfully integrate gamified and experiential learning techniques into emergency response training programs, with a special focus on the ENSURE Game.
Adopt new professional profiles across Europe: Ensure official recognition and inclusion of the new profiles proposed by ESCO (DRT, IDRC, CREO, MHRTES) in European education and vocational training systems.
Create a robust digital learning infrastructure: Launch and promote the widespread use of a comprehensive digital platform offering virtual learning environments, self-paced courses, and Open Educational Resources (OER).
Develop a European community of practice: Build a collaborative pan- European network that promotes regular exchange, continuous learning, and innovative partnerships among stakeholders.
Enhance the capacity of emergency response teams: Increase response efficiency, preparedness levels, and resilience of target groups, validated through feedback, case studies, and formal evaluations.
The project runs for 36 months, starting in November 2024 and ending in October 2027.
