OBJECTIVES
MentaStress
MentaStress aims to improve mental health and stress management among first responder teams through augmented reality (AR) training.
The specific objectives of the project are:
- To develop educational materials based on real emergency situations.
- To create a multilingual platform focused on mental health and stress management.
- To use augmented reality training to prepare first responder teams for high- pressure situations.
- To test and refine our solutions in five European countries.
- To publish an easy-to-use stress management guide.
The project runs for 24 months, starting in September 2024 and ending in August 2026.
