A common and uniform platform will be provided to all stakeholders involved to gather, analyze and share data in real time from sensors, remote-controlled drones and rescue robots, supporting management decisions. Integrated security will allow access to the provided services by different users.

S&R aspires to build a framework that will integrate:

  1. Sensors, advanced systems and procedures.
  2. Secure data collection and information flows between several authorities, entities, and stakeholders involved in crisis management.
  3. Data fusion from different sources. Creation of a common framework to support emergency and crisis management decisions.
  4. A multi-level information architecture accessible to all stakeholders.
